You get the chance to start your morning watching the sun rise over the Pacific Ocean, sharing breakfast with people who were strangers only days before, and spending your day immersed in culture, connection, learning and community.

At The Glow Up Collective, we believe meaningful change happens when people come together with curiosity, humility and a willingness to learn.
Our Fiji Health, Education & Cultural Immersion Program has been designed to bring together passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds to participate in community-led experiences focused on health, education, leadership, sustainability and cultural exchange.
Through shared experiences, guided reflection, community conversations and immersive learning opportunities, participants will have the opportunity to contribute, connect and grow while building relationships that extend far beyond the program itself.
We’ve had so much incredible interest in the program that we’ve officially aligned our Fiji Immersion with the national standards of practice to deliver 20 formal Hours of CPD!
You can step away from the every day chaos, maintain your registration requirements and support your position sustainably—all while contributing to positive and meaningful health and well-being of the wider community of Fiji.
Best part? We handle all the heavy lifting for you. There is zero administrative homework to drag back home, we complete all audit-ready reflection logs together right by the ocean! Depending on your circumstances, it may be tax-deductible or claimable under PD allowances.
If you have to get your hours done anyway, let's do them in paradise!

The Founding Cohort
This inaugural program is limited to approximately 20 participants.
As a founding cohort member, you will help shape the future of The Glow Up Collective’s immersion experiences and become part of a growing community committed to making a positive difference through connection, compassion and curiosity.
Investment
Estimated Program Fee: $3,200 -$3,800 AUD
The program fee is expected to include:
- Flights from all major Australian Cities
- Accommodation
- Ground transportation
- Program activities
- Facilitated experiences

The program fee does not include:
- Travel insurance
- Passport costs
- Personal spending money
- Additional personal travel expenses

To secure your spot, a $50 Founding Cohort Deposit is required. The interest in this program has been more than we anticipated. This deposit shows that you are serious about joining our Founding Cohort.

This $50 deposit confirms that you are seriously interested in joining the founding cohort.
This deposit will be applied toward your total program fee once your place is confirmed.
If you choose not to proceed after further information is provided, the deposit will be refunded.
Full terms, payment schedule and participant requirements will be provided upon confirmation of your place.
